Sander Breugelmans, Prologis’ Head of Capital Deployment, was recently interviewed in Nordic Property News – one of the major real estate newspapers in the Nordics. Among other things, Sander talked about how logistics real estate is on the rise while there is a shortage in facilities in Europe. 

Logistic real estate continues to grow, Sander explains. It has evolved from a ugly duckling to the white swan and is now a favorite among investors. At the same time there is a shortage in facilities in Europe and Prologis sees growth-potential, in Sweden and Europe. In the interview with Nordic Property News, Sander discusses the future in logistic real estate, growth potential and sustainable development.
